Income Properties is developing a 210,000 SF warehouse and distribution
facility for this major manufacturer and distributor of Hispanic
food products. To be built on land purchased from Wilson Income
Properties, the facility will provide refrigerated warehouse areas
along with a storage and racking design tailored to meet the needs
of the user.
