facility will provide Federal Express with a premier location in
Los Angeles to service Hollywood, mid-Wilshire, Culver City and
adjacent areas. Due to the lack of availability of large, suitable
parcels, this 110,000 SF facility will be situated on a parcel with
design constraints that are a challenge for the architect, civil
engineer, contractor, and developer.
