Build
to suit consisting of 81,000 SF adjacent to an existing facility
required extensive approvals from the City of Cerritos and the Fire
Department. This warehouse and distribution center required the
construction of a removable bridge over a rail spur to provide direct
access to the Tenant's existing warehouse.
