As
a result of the extensive growth of such tenants as Microsoft, Boeing,
and Price/Costco in the Seattle/Bellevue area, Federal Express leased
a new 90,700 SF facility designed to handle the anticipated growth
in the area. This facility, completed in August of 1998, incorporates
"state of the art" processing of storm water before discharge
into Lake Sammamish.
